The jurisdiction of this action to set aside a will results from diversity of citizenship and the amount involved. The plaintiff is the son of the decedent. Defendants are decedent's second wife and her two daughters by a former marriage. The purported will gave the entire estate to defendants with the exception of $1 to plaintiff.
