Harvey Snyder was charged in the municipal court of the City and County of Denver with a violation of sections 55-56-57 of Ordinance No. 16, Series of 1943 as amended, and upon trial was found guilty of a violation of said section 55, and judgment rendered against him for the sum of $75 and costs. Thereafter he perfected an appeal to the county court, where, upon trial before a jury, its verdict was returned...
