The pleadings present the following issue: Birdie Williams and Mort Lollis were sister and brother. Mort Lollis predeceased his sister. He had three children, M.J. Lollis and Helen Cook, the defendants herein, and Birdie Lollis Bones who predeceased Birdie Williams...
