This is a civil contempt proceeding which grew out of alleged violations of a consent injunction decree entered November 2, 1942, particularly paragraph 2 of said injunction, which is in the following language: "(2) Employing, contrary to Section 7 of the Act [29 U.S.C.A. § 207], any of its employees engaged in commerce, as defined by the Act, for a workweek longer than forty (40) hours, unless the employee receives compensation...
