In this proceeding there were no disputed facts. Sun Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company was claimant's base year employer; he last worked for the company on March 22, 1949. Claimant then absented himself from his work, without notice to that employer and without valid reason, for a period of over fifteen days, in violation of the rules of the company.
