On or about November 8, 1947, appellant purchased at the bus station of the Evansville & Ohio Valley Railway Company in Evansville, Indiana, a ticket for bus passage from Evansville to Bowling Green, Ky. She took passage by bus from Evansville to Owensboro, Ky. over the above named Company's bus and from Owensboro to Bowling Green over appellee's bus lines.
