This matter is before us on the petition of Ida Abrams Romm to change her name to Ida Abrams, her maiden name, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 18, 1923, P.L. 75, 54 PS § 1. Petitioner was married on June 14, 1942, in the City of Harrisburg, to Milton Romm, an attorney who was a member of the bar of Philadelphia County.
