These cases come before the court upon appeals from a justice of the peace, who found defendant guilty of allowing a dog to pursue small game during the closed season, and refusing to accompany an officer after arrest. It was agreed by the district attorney and counsel for defendant that both of these appeals be heard at the same time, and that they be disposed of by the court in one opinion.
