W.I. Smith sustained a loss to his automobile and commenced this action against the Concordia Fire Insurance Company of Milwaukee, a corporation, seeking recovery on a policy of automobile insurance issued by the defendant.

The defendant company contended the plaintiff's loss and damage to his automobile was not covered by its policy.
