It was brought by appellant, Anchor Casualty Company, to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board awarding compensation to appellee for injuries alleged to have been sustained by him in the course of his employment with Metallic Building Company, who carried compensation insurance with appellant, Anchor Casualty Company.
