The only question raised on this appeal which we deem worthy of serious consideration is the one which challenges the authority and power of one Circuit Judge to hear and determine an appeal from the Civil Court of Record of Dade County. It is contended that the affirmance of the judgment of the Civil Court of Record by only one of the Judges of the Circuit Court was in derogation of the essential requirements of Section 33.11, Fla. Statutes 1941...
