This is an action to impress a trust upon certain real property which the plaintiff, Nick Campanello, alleges the defendant, Sam Mercer, purchased with funds belonging to the plaintiff at a tax sale in Missoula county. The defendant, Missoula Mercantile Company, did not appear and a default was entered. Defendants, Sam Mercer, Cora Ellison, and Hazel Mercer, appeared jointly through the same counsel.
