Charles and Ernest Carlson were brothers. In 1908 and 1909, Ernest loaned Charles money. Charles gave him his promissory notes. These notes have never been paid. About 1933, Charles died insolvent. Three children survived him. October 27, 1949, Ernest died intestate...
