This habeas corpus proceeding was brought by appellee, Mrs. Albert L. Bryan, for recovery of the custody of Lynn Azell Bryan, appellee's infant daughter, from appellants, S. V. Gardner and his wife, Mrs. Rose Gardner. In a trial before the Court, judgment was rendered awarding the complete custody and control of the child to appellee but she was declared a ward of the Court.
