Oliphint, as County School Superintendent of Walker County, for a writ of mandamus to compel said Superintendent to approve a contract alleged by plaintiff to have been executed in writing between herself and the Common School District No. 16, for plaintiff to teach school for the school year of 1950-1951, for the minimum salary established by the laws...
