This is an action for an alleged infringement of United States patents No. 2,252,210 and No. 2,252,211 issued on August 12, 1941 on applications filed October 18, 1939 to Paul R. Seemiller, and assigned by him to the plaintiff. Defendant denies infringement and alleges invalidity of the patents for anticipation and lack of invention. The claims involved in this suit are claims 2 and 6
