Sorensen, owner of the lot improved by a two-story brick building at 2600 1/2 Huntingdon Avenue and by the tenants of the property to obtain a declaratory decree defining the rights of complainants and the adjoining property owner, J.H. Lawrence Company, defendant, under a party wall agreement, and an injunction to restrain defendant...
