This proceeding involves a death claim under the Workmen's Compensation Act. '35 C.S.A. c. 97, § 280 et seq. The Industrial Commission held adversely to claimant, but in an appropriate action, the district court ordered the commission to award death benefits as provided by law. This order is now before us for review.
