This is a suit by Freeman Stevens, a minor, who sued by his next friend, Grady Stevens, Sr., against Deaton Truck Line, a corporation, and Walter Roberts to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the said minor when an automobile in which he was riding as a passenger collided with a motor vehicle driven by Walter Roberts.
