The injuries received by the plaintiffs Edna Spaeni and Edna Puccio were sustained in two collisions which occurred at about one o'clock a. m., on November 21, 1949. The first collision was between cars operated by Mathewson and Medill, respectively. Within a few minutes after that collision the defendant Rose's car collided with the rear of Mathewson's car, while it was still where it stopped after the first...
