Plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered in an action to quiet title to certain real estate located within the limits of the defendant village of Elbow Lake, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the village. The trial court found that plaintiff has no interest in the land in question, and that the land is owned by the village in trust for the people, to be used for park purposes only.
