The factual situation which gave rise to the issuance of the order to show cause in this matter is set forth in the opinion of this court in the case of Staedler v. Staedler, 6 N.J. 380 (March 5, 1951).

Canon 6 of the Canons of Professional Ethics provides in part as follows:

"It is unprofessional to represent conflicting interests, except by express consent...
