This is an action brought by Maren Larsen, Arnold Larsen, and Morris Larsen, a co-partnership, under the firm name and style of Louis Larsen Sheep Company, against Thure Sjogren and Anna Hall for specific performance of a contract to convey certain lands in Carbon County, Wyoming to the plaintiffs pursuant to an option contained in a lease.
