This is an appeal by defendants in a compensation case in which an award was made to plaintiffs who are the widow and 2 minor children of the deceased employee.

Deceased, Roy Phillips, started work for the Fitzhugh Motor Company as sales manager in January, 1946. After the shortage of new cars developed, he was asked to operate the parts department, but when new cars were available...
