Abraham M. Zimmers, a man in his early eighties, made and executed, on May 4, 1950, a deed to Christina L. Caprarola, and Christina L. Caprarola, on the same day, made and executed a deed to Zimmers and Lucinda D. Henkel, the appellant, as joint tenants. The property conveyed by these deeds was 1412 Hollins Street in the city of Baltimore, and had been conveyed to Zimmers...
