These actions of tort arise out of a collision about midnight on March 26, 1942, between a gasoline engine train of the defendant and an automobile at a public crossing on Plainfield Street, Springfield. The female plaintiff (hereinafter called the plaintiff) was a passenger in the automobile, which was owned and operated by one Johnson. She sues for personal injuries, and her father seeks consequential damages...
