CONDON, Justice.

This petition is entitled a petition to review an agreement for compensation under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, but in effect it is a petition under article II, § 12, of that act, as amended, for specific compensation for the loss of use of petitioner's right arm allegedly because of stiffness caused by a compensable accident. Without objection, the trial justice so treated it and we shall do likewise.
