Leslie LeRoy Malloy, after a hearing before a representative of the Secretary of Revenue, received a notice that his operator's license had been suspended for a period of six months from August 21, 1951, by virtue of section 615 of The Vehicle Code of May 1, 1929, P.L. 905, as amended — reason, "reckless driving".
