Respondent is a domestic savings bank corporation and the owner of real property in the city of Albany upon which there is located a building, part of which is devoted to its banking rooms and the remainder of which is used as a business office building in which it leases and rents office space to various tenants.

Appellant is now and has been for many years a tenant in respondent's office...
