We heretofore affirmed the judgment of the trial court upon condition that appellee file a remittitur. Both parties have filed motions for rehearing. The motion of appellant has been considered and is overruled. However, we are of the opinion that we erred in requiring appellee to remit a portion of the judgment awarded to him by the trial court.
