The present suit was filed August 15, 1950 by appellee, M. N. Chaffin. He alleged in his complaint, in effect, that L. T. Maurice sold him a heavy duty truck (GMC-302-1941 model), the consideration was an International 1939 truck and $900 additional, evidenced by note of even date and mortgage as security.
