Respondent Chipman was injured while employed by petitioner as a structural iron worker at Stockton. He was then 25. In proceedings several years later he was given an award based on a rating of 10 1/4 per cent permanent disability. He was dissatisfied therewith and asked for and obtained a rehearing.
