Winn, was charged by an information filed in the district court of Cleveland county with unlawfully and feloniously touching, mauling, and feeling the body of a female child of the age of nine years, in a lewd and lascivious manner, which said acts by the defendant did not amount to the commission of the crime of rape, or assault with intent to rape, or attempted rape; was tried, convicted, and pursuant to the verdict of the jury...
