This is a consolidated appeal from (1) an order of the circuit court sustaining a motion of the sheriff to amend his return of service of process in a certain lawsuit, and (2) an order of the same court sustaining a motion of the defendants in the same lawsuit to set aside the judgment previously rendered and to quash the writ of execution outstanding therein.
