This is an action for personal injuries, brought by the plaintiff, John P. Kelley, against the defendant, Oklahoma Railway Company. The trial court overruled defendant's demurrer to the evidence and its motion for directed verdict, and submitted the cause to a jury, which returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the sum of $6,000 on his first cause of action, and $110 on his second cause of action.
