This is an appeal by plaintiff, the judgment creditor, from a judgment discharging the garnishees in a proceeding in garnishment in aid of an execution sued out upon a judgment in an action for divorce.

Plaintiff, Matilda M. Sheridan, had previously obtained a decree of divorce from her husband, John Joseph Sheridan, by the terms of which she had been awarded the custody of two minor children with an allowance of $7.50 a week for the maintenance...
