This suit grows out of a collision which occurred on January 14, 1950, at about 6:30 P.M., on the Bogalusa-Franklinton paved highway about six miles east of Franklinton between a 1938 Ford automobile of plaintiff, Jesse S. Sumrall, and a Nash automobile of defendant, Earlie E. Myles.
