The object of this proceeding in equity is the construction of the will of Harry Goldfaden, who died January 31, 1947, leaving him surviving his widow, Rose, two adult children, Fred and Robert, and two minor children, Rosalyn and Raymond, then aged 16 years and 10 years, respectively.
