PINOLA, J., November 27, 1951.

We have for consideration the appeals of defendant and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board, in which an award was made under the Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act.

An award by the referee was affirmed by the board. Defendants took an appeal to this court, and thereafter the Governor of Pennsylvania appointed the first medical board.
