In this case L.C. Jones Trucking Company, Inc., a corporation, brought an action on March 8, 1949 against Jo E. Fletcher and John B. Shaw, doing business as Fletcher and Shaw, defendants, to recover judgment of $5667.45 on a note dated February 11, 1949 executed by "Fletcher & Shaw, Jo E. Fletcher."
