This appeal is taken by the United States to reverse a judgment rendered pursuant to jury verdict fixing the amount of compensation for the taking of land in condemnation proceedings instituted under 40 U.S.C.A. § 258a. The appellant asserts errors committed in receiving and in excluding evidence and in the instructions to the jury.
