This action in assumpsit was brought by the plaintiff to recover upon a promissory note made jointly by a corporation and several individual defendants. In the superior court plaintiff's motion for entry of a summary judgment in its favor against all the defendants was granted and the case is here on defendants' single exception to that decision.
