This is a suit by the plaintiff to quiet his title against the answering assignees and claimants of a royalty interest in certain premises in Garfield county, Oklahoma, to wit: NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 25-22N-4W, containing 70 acres, more or less.
