This is an appeal by relator from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dismissing his petition for writ of habeas corpus and refusing the writ. Relator was tried and convicted on two bills of indictment in the Court of Oyer and Terminer of Beaver County. He was found guilty on bill No. 15, September Term, 1942, in the Court of Oyer and Terminer of Beaver County, charging (1) robbery, and (2) receiving stolen goods...
