Plaintiff in error Felix Arthur Martin, defendant below, was charged by information in the county court of Pittsburg county, Oklahoma, with the offense of driving his automobile on July 1, 1948, on the public highway near Krebs, Pittsburg county, Oklahoma, while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of Title 47, § 93, O.S.A. 1941.
