T. J. Callen, an employee of Fruehauf Trailer Company, for which the Continental Casualty Company was an insurer, on August 2, 1947, was injured in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. The employer's report to the Industrial Commission, as well as that of the doctor called to attend Callen, indicated that the major injury sustained by the latter was a fractured skull, for treatment of which he was confined in the hospital...
