On December 1, 1947, the probate court of the county of Manistee made an order directing the guardian of Edith Hampton Buckley, a mentally-incompetent person, to pay to the brothers and sisters of the ward, comprising all of her next of kin, sums aggregating $30,000 out of accumulated surplus income in her estate, such payment to be regarded as a loan and to be evidenced...
