Baxter Davidson of Charlotte in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, died on October 10, 1944, at the age of eighty-six years, leaving a Last Will and Testament, dated May 26, 1942, in which he undertook to dispose of those things on earth which were his properties, — which Last Will and Testament was duly probated in common form on October 23, 1944, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Mecklenburg County...
