This is an action brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1398, 2284, 2321-2325, to set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission fixing maximum rates and adjusting allegedly discriminatory rates charged by plaintiffs and other carriers for the shipment of new passenger automobiles.
