The action was at law for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in a collision between an automobile driven by her husband in which she was a guest, and one driven by one Earl H. Turner, who was killed in said collision. The defendant herein is his administrator. This is the second appeal. See 241 Iowa 665, 42 N.W.2d 76.
